Our team of Information Technology professionals provides computing services supporting the school’s students, faculty, and staff in alignment with the school’s mission.

The IT team is located on the second floor of Carroll Hall (rooms 239-251) from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. For the most efficient response to your IT requests, please submit a help request by visiting help.unc.edu.

For common support issues such as password resets, Wi-Fi or Zoom challenges, the main campus ITS Service Desk provides primary support and triage.  The Service Desk can be reached in a variety of ways such as web request, chat or by phone at 919-962-HELP. For students, this is the first point of contact for IT support at the University. The ITS Service Desk provides support to all students, faculty, and staff.

For the Fall 2020 semester, some of our standard service offerings have been modified for health and safety reasons.  Please review our FAQ’s for further details.
