How do I book a meeting room or location?

To add your meeting to a room, following these simple steps:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Create a new meeting or appointment.
  3. Invite the room to the meeting.
    1. Enter the room name next to the “To:” field.
    2. Room names are listed above under the directory name column.  Note they are in a consistent format of “MJ – CA XXX” where XXX = the room number.
  4. Invite any other meeting participants in the “To:” or “CC:” fields.
  5. Select start and end times that are available after viewing the associated room schedule.
  6. Press send.
